A scrumptious layered chocolate cake made with creamy milk-hazelnut gianduja, Piedmondt hazelnuts and crushed wafer. Hard to decide whether it's a cake or an extra rich chocolate creation, but immensely delicious either way.

Ingredients: Sugar, IGP Piedmont HAZELNUTS 19%, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, WHOLE MILK POWDER, GMO-free SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, wafer 10% (rice flour, sugar, corn starch, corn flour, sunflower oil, vegetable fiber (bamboo), SOY flour, SOY lecithin, salt, caramelised sugar, cocoa powder.

The wafer used in this cake is gluten-free, making his cake gluten-free.
