La Gallinara Aubergine Cream 130g

A pesto-style cream that has a very versatile range of use. Spread over crackers, use it as an ingredient in sauces to accompany white meat or roast beef dishes. Works rather to season pasta sauces too.

Try it with boiled eggs on a slice of toast, along with some pitted Taggiasca olives and basil leaves.
