Kusmi Tea pushes the boundaries of inventiveness and lets science do the work with this tea. The goal is to strengthen the immune system with a blend of mate and organic green tea, with fruity notes of orange, tropical fruits, and blackcurrant. The extra ingredient is acerola, the fruit with one of the highest Vitamin C content.
Because some periods are more difficult than the rest, no one is immune to a slight "slump" leading to colds and other minor infections. Immune Defenses Ritual is effective from the first cup but for a real boost, take 3 cups per day and it then provides you with 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. You can, of course, repeat the treatment as many times as you like; the key is to stick with it for the long term. Dosage: 2 gram of tea leaves infused for 3 minutes in 200 ml of water at 85°C
