Kanoka Candied Yuzu Peel 30g

Yuzu Peel is made by the traditional method. 

Yuzu is a yellow Japanese citrus of about 100g with an amazing distinctive fragrance and flavour. The candied peels lift the subtle fragrance of yuzu and largely remove any bitterness of the peel. These peels may be used for both savory and sweet dishes. They can also be directly eaten as candy.
