Kalios Pomegranate Balsamic Oak-Aged 5y Old 250ml

Kalios's Pomegranate Balsamic is made with grape vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels. The grapes are harvested in the Peloponnese. The pomegranate concentrate from Greek Macedonia gives it a lightly acidic flavour, velvety on the palate, with delicately astringent notes. We consider it a medium-sweet balsamic. Its intense red colour adds a distinctive visual dimension to dishes, both savoury and sweet. If you like pomegranate, this is a must-try.
