Made from Greek Koroneiki olives, originating from Peloponnese, Greece. Harvested by hand. Cold extraction, unfiltered. Vintage # 03: late season, harvested in January - ripe, sweet and fruity. Almond notes. Works best with heavier, hearty dishes. Our hint: use it in chocolate cakes in lieu of other oils to deepen the chocolate flavour.
