Made from Greek Koroneiki olives, originating from Peloponnese, Greece. Harvested by hand. Cold extraction, unfiltered. Vintage # 01: beginning of the season, harvested in November - fruity green flavour. Vegetal, fresh nuts, cut grass and tomato leaf notes. Works best with vegetables, salads and steamed vegetables, fresh and soft cheese.
