A rendezvous of traditional French and Greek cuisine: Lilliput capers with balsamic.

Harvested and prepared in Greece, selected capers of the ideal size (“liliput”, the smallest in its category) for more finesse and a perfect taste in the mouth. The balsamic used is Kalios's iconic Petimezi balsamic vinegar. 

Less salty than in classic brine, this recipe delivers the balance between sweetness and acidity that the slightly sweet balsamic brings.

Try them with roasted fish, to prepare the traditional Vitello Tonnato, with eggs or sprinkle them over salads.
