"Drunk" style cheeses are originally bathed in red wine, however in this case it's been produced with white Prosecco DOC marc, made in the Treviso area. The result is much lighter and more delicate aroma. Its flavour is intense and piquant with fruity traces of the prosecco. Its paste is elastic, yellow with small holes.
