This is a distinctive, originally household way of eating sweet Gorgonzola DOP by making it even softer and sweeter through the addition of artisanal Mascarpone (obtained by curdling cream with white vinegar and citric acid). 

Perfect over a piece of toast or cracker, equally versatile in cooking. A must-try creaminess. 

Pairs best with sweet and liqueur wines, fruit chutneys, pears, dried fruits and walnuts.
