One of our most exciting dairy items: a creamy, veiny, marbly Gorgonzola-style blue made with real Alba black truffle. Strong, intense, with balanced notes of black truffle. Entirely hand-made by a small farm in the Novara area, matured for at least 90 days.

Pairs well with full-bodied red wines, grape juice, spicy fruit chutneys and red onion jam.

Equally amazing added to pasta, risotto or even pizza, for a more decadent food fun.
