Hungarian sausages made from Mangalica and spicy Hungarian paprika. Mangalica is a crossbreed of domestic pig and wild boar. It grows a thick, curly coat of hair and roams freely in the wild. This sausage works amazing as part of the charcuterie board, in an omelette, and is definitely recommended as a pizza topping. Local Cambridge peeps know well that our friends at Scott's on Mill road bakes the most wicked pizza with these! Just look for their pizza called "Culinaris" :)
