A new innovation from Go Nuts France: a nut butter which combines the strength and flavour of tiger nuts, roasted hazelnuts and cashews. The balance of the incredibly rich notes from the three nuts provides a one-of-a-kind nut butter. Tiger nuts aren't factually nuts: they are just as nutritious and delicious as actual nuts, however tiger nuts grow underground in Southern Europe and Africa, bearing a much closer relation to Jerusalem artichokes than actual nuts. Their flavour resembles that of almonds.)
