A beautifully balanced organic cashew nut butter with some added toasted almonds, vanilla extract, and a hint of natural coconut sugar which only brings out the vanilla notes even more.
We can easily devour the whole thing straight out of the jar with a spoon. Otherwise, it's lovely with pancakes, excellent in smoothies and shakes, or as a topping for granola and yogurt, or to make a decadent icing for cupcakes and muffins.
