Udon are originally wheat noodles, but these gluten-free udon are an alternative as they are only made of rice flour and potato starch. To make these gluten free udon, Toa Company uses locally grown rice as well as potato starch made from the best Japanese manufacturers of flour and starch. These thick gluten free udon have a firm yet mellow texture. They work great paired with soy sauce or miso.

Cooking instructions: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles and lower the heat once the water starts to boil again. Cook for 7 minutes on low heat.
