An absolute stunner, one of the most beautiful hams, made for order by Emmett and his team in Peasenhall, Suffolk.

They take their signature Suffolk Black ham off the bone, and add fresh oranges, dried apricots and dried figs during the cooking process. Once cooled, the ham is dressed with the fruit. This results in the stronger smoky flavour of the Suffolk Black ham being softened in flavour with the sweetness of the fruit. Easily one of the nicest sandwich fillers out there!
