Rich, creamy blue with a natural rind and a buttery texture, made from unpasteurized cow's milk, named for its place of origin in the Auvergne region of south-central France. It is pleasantly spicy and salty. It is sometimes referred to as the cow's version of Roquefort. 

This is a small-batch Bleu d'Auvergne AOP of protected origin, made from unpasteurised cow milk. Equally lovely for cooking or as a well deserved addition to your cheese board. Pairs well with naturally sweet wines.
