Fortwenger Stollen with Marzipan 750g

The original classic artisanal Christmas stollen from Alsace, with a 75g marzipan log running through the middle of the cake. Made with an abundance of fruits and nuts, sprinkled with icing sugar. 

 

Serve in slices with a cup of coffee or tea. So delicious, it shouldn't just be a festive cake!
