Favols Bretagne Rhubarb Jam 375g

Sea breeze, salty air, seagulls - and the most delicious rhubarb stalks! Quintessentially Breton - Favols' single-origin rhubarb jam, made solely from apricots grown in Bretagne. Cooked under vacuum at low temperature to preserve the fruit pulp, fibres and aromas. It's so fresh, more like a cross between jam and compote. We love it with semolina pudding as well as added to a pot of yoghurt.
