Pear 60%, cane sugar, speculoos pieces (WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (certified sustainable palm, rapeseed), sugar syrup, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, SOY flour, salt, cinnamon), concentrated lemon juice, pectin, cinnamon. 

 

RASPBERRY - BISCUIT ROSE DE REIMS SPECIALTY JAM
Raspberry 60%, cane sugar, ground pink biscuits from Reims 2% (sugar, WHEAT flour, EGGS, EGG white, natural colouring: carmine, raising agent: ammonium carbonate, natural vanilla flavouring), fruit pectin, flavouring.

 

MANDARIN – MONTELIMAR ALMOND NOUGAT SPECIALTY JAM
Cane sugar, mandarin 35%, Montélimar nougat bits 2.8% (ALMONDS, sugar, glucose syrup, honey, EGG albumin, copra oil, unleavened bread (WHEAT), natural vanilla flavour), concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin, nougat flavour. May contain traces of other nuts. 

 

APRICOT - CALISSON SPECIALTY JAM
Apricot 50%, cane sugar,  ground ALMOND, candied orange peel, calisson cream 1% (contains  ALMONDS and SULPHITES), concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin,  natural ALMOND flavouring.
