Favols Aquitaine Strawberry Jam 375g

We are huge fans of Favols' single-origin approach to jams. They search and find the most delicious fruits of a certain area, and only use fruits sourced from that specific geographic area, to make their single-origin jams. They find the most excellent fruits so that we don't have to look for them... 

Picked in the Aquitane region of South West France, these strawberries are carefully selected to provide a jam with an exceptionally sweet and delicate flavour, cooked under vacuum at low temperature to preserve the fruit pulp, fibres and aromas. 

We love it with brioche, sponge cake and of course with some clotted cream.
