Favols Aquitaine Myrtille Blueberry Jam 375g

We are huge fans of Favols' single-origin approach to jams. They find the most delicious fruits of a certain area, and only use fruits sourced from that specific geographic area, to make their single-origin jams. They find the most excellent fruits so that we don't have to look for them... 

The French Myrtilles used in this jam are grown in Aquitaine/Corrèze, and are carefully selected for their unbeatable flavour. Favols cooks them under vacuum at low temperature to preserve the fruit pulp, fibres and aromas. 

Works well as a breakfast treat over a piece of toast or brioche, goes well with yogurt, and is a staple when baking, especially in cheese cake recipes.
