Favols Aquitaine Greengage Jam 375g

We are huge fans of Favols' single-origin approach to jams. They find the most delicious fruits of a certain area, and only use fruits sourced from that specific geographic area, to make their single-origin jams. They find the most excellent fruits so that we don't have to look for them... 

Reine-Claude is considered the finest variety of plums and is truly excellent in jams. Favols sources them particularly from the Aquitaine/Tam et Garonne for their superior taste and depth of flavour, and then cooks them under vacuum at low temperature to preserve the fruit pulp, fibres and aromas. 

Greengages work amazingly with fermented dairy. We love it with cottage cheese, yoghurt and labneh.
