Espinaler Salsa de Apetitivo 92ml

Espinaler's truly iconic original "red sauce". It is not spicy, more vinegary with a delicious mild pepper flavour. The original idea behind it was to have a natural flavouring sauce that cuts through the oil, tinned seafoods are packed in. Sprinkle it over cured or grilled fish, tinned or freshly prepared seafood. It is very widely used in cocktails as well. Works well with olives too.
