The original recipe of Maison Édouard Artzner, and a true ambassador of Alsatian gastronomy, now in a lerger jar, for larger parties and ocassions: semi-cooked whole goose foie gras in a lock-lid jar, represents all the expertise of the house's chefs. The goose's flavour blends perfectly with the 11-spice seasoning. Cooked at a higher temperature than fresh foie gras (between 80°C and 85°C at the centre), giving it a creamy texture. Enjoy all its superior flavours at the start of the meal. Due to its larger size, the flavours are even more intense, and the texture even creamier.

In 1803, Philippe Artzner, pastry chef and caterer, opened a store next to a small artisanal poultry liver processing kitchen in Strasbourg. There he developed his unique recipes, and became a true creator of gastronomic trends.
