A semi-cooked whole duck foie gras is a foie gras in a lock-lid jar, with a pronounced character. Cooked at a higher temperature than fresh foie gras (between 80°C and 85°C at the centre), giving it a creamy texture. Enjoy all its superior flavours at the start of the meal.
