Edmond Fallot's signature grainy mustard, presented in the classic Orsio glass jar. The traditional Dijon mustard, from none other than Beaune, where Dijon mustard originates since 1840. It is still made with a stone millstone, as it has been since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, thus preserving the mustard seeds' flavour.
Fallot's ingredients are sourced either from Burgundy or as close as possible.
A wholegrain and fiery Dijon mustard with an extra flavour depth, thanks to the addition of white wine.
