A mild, sweet mustard from the town of Beaune, where Dijon mustard originated in 1840. Ideal for dishes, occasions, and audiences when a pleasant mustard flavour is welcome but the spiky-spicy taste of a Dijon mustard is less desirable. It's made with a bespoke medley of herbs and spices.
It is still made with a millstone, as it has been since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, thus preserving the mustard seeds' flavour.
Fallot's ingredients are sourced either from Burgundy or as close as possible.
