A stunning vibrant red grape must-vinegar with a smooth 6% acidity, made from Pinot Noir wine from Burgundy, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, with fresh raspberry juice added. Its smooth and balmy fruity flavour makes it perfect to be used as a ready, natural salad dressing bursting in freshness and flavour, but it works equally well with red meat dishes as well as with fruit salads.
