Edmond Fallot Pinot Noir Vinegar with Cassis 375ml

A brand new addition to Edmond Fallot's already impressive range of wine vinegars from the greatest varieties of single-origin, monovarietal grapes from vines throughout France.

A beautifully rich, dark-coloured grape must-vinegar with a smooth 6% acidity, made from Pinot Noir wine from Burgundy, aged for 12 months in oak barrel, with fresh blackcurrant juice added. Its intense fruity flavour makes it perfect to be used as a natural salad dressing, but it works equally well with wild and game dishes.
