Dijon mustard from none other than Beune, where Dijon mustard originates since 1840. Still made with a stone millstone since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, and thus preserves the mustard seeds' flavour.
 
Fallot's ingredients are either sourced from Burgundy or as close as possible. 
 
This smooth and exceptionally creamy Dijon mustard is made with a hint of lemon and fresh, crushed dill. Moutarderie Fallot teamed up with Patrick Bertron, the great chef of Relais Bernard Loiseau, to create the ultimate condiment with a flavour bomb. Works best with salmon.
