Traditional Dijon mustard from none other than Beune, where Dijon mustard originates since 1840. Still made with a stone millstone since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, and thus preserves the mustard seeds' flavour.

Fallot's ingredients are either sourced from Burgundy or as close as possible.

This creamy, smooth Dijon is made with verjuice (grape juice harvested in Burgundy), brown mustard seed, honey and balsamic.

This is the go-to product for those who prefer their mustard on the sweeter, milder side, but still with the Dijon notes very much present. Perfect for salad dressings.
