Traditional Dijon mustard from none other than Beune, where Dijon mustard originates since 1840. Still made with a stone millstone since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, and thus preserves the mustard seeds' flavour.
 
Fallot's ingredients are either sourced from Burgundy or as close as possible. 
 
This smooth and creamy Dijon mustard is made with zesty blackcurrants grown in Burgundy. Pairs lovely with venison, game, goose and roasted vegetables.
