Traditional Dijon mustard from none other than Beune, where Dijon mustard originates since 1840. Still made with a stone millstone since the beginning. Edmond Fallot's stone grinder prevents the seeds from heating up, and thus preserves the mustard seeds' flavour.
Fallot's ingredients are either sourced from Burgundy or as close as possible.
A smooth, classic and fiery Dijon mustard.
Due to the large size, the contents oxidise differently, and the flavours are actually a bit different from that of the smaller jars.
