A creamy milk chocolate wbar filled with a thick, soft salted peanut praline filling. The house-made peanut praline filling contains both roasted, bleached and caramelised peanuts with some Guerande Fleur de Sel and Bourbon vanilla, and also some hazelnut praline. Christophe Adam founded L'Eclair de Génie by trading in the Michelin-starred kitchens of the Crillon and then at Fauchon, where he fell in love with making mind-blowingly exciting éclairs. In 2012, he launched L'Éclair de Génie, a concept entirely dedicated to éclairs, his signature pastry.

A genius creator, he went further and launched his own range of chocolates in 2019. A range of bars, richly filled with thick layers of his own artisanal praline creations.

Author of several books in which he revisits the classics of French pastry in a contemporary way, Christophe Adam was named "Best Pastry Chef of the Year" in 2014, and elected "Best Pastry Chef 2015" by Relais Desserts.
