A creamy milk chocolate with a minimum of 35.2% cocoa content, filled with a thick, soft praline filling.
This is definitely one of the most exquisite pralines we've ever tried; it is made with a roasted and salted almond praline - base, but the twist is the flavour... It is enriched with peels of lime, bergamot and kumquat, lending a classic almond praline a beautiful light, citrusy makeover. The filling ratio of the bar is 20.1%.
Ingredients: MILK chocolate with a min 35.2% cocoa content 79.9% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), ALMOND praline 19.2% (ALMONDS, sugar, water, glucose, Guérande fleur de sel sea salt flowers, vanilla paste ((Madagascar vanilla pods, invert sugar syrup)), lime zest 0.4%, bergamot zest 0.1%, kumquat zest 0.1%
