Ham made of the legs of Mangalica pig, a pure breed originating in the 1700s, raised on Hungarian pastures for about 16 months (hence the name HunDOK). Mangalica has such high oleic acid content that it can easily be compared to Spanish hams. Carefully sliced by hand, HunDOK literally melts in the mouth, giving a unique sense of sweetness.
