Cordero Panettone Classico GLUTEN and LACTOSE FREE 500g

Panettone Classico, free from both gluten and lactose, made with an abundance of candied citrus peels. Covered in a delicious crunchy almond and hazelnut icing. Hand-wrapped in a cute festive carry bag. 

 

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour mix (corn starch, sugar, glyceryl monostearate and glyceryl distearate, vegetable fibres (Psyllium), guar gum, salt, sorbic acid), water, BUTTER (lactose-free*), sultanas 7% (grapes 99.5%, vegetable oil 0.5%), icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied orange peels 5% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), pasteurised EGGS, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, 99.9 % lactose-free* skimmed MILK powder, pasteurised EGG yolk, candied lemon peel 2% (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), xanthan gum, natural flavourings. 

Icing ingredients 15%: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), ALMONDS 19%, HAZELNUTS 19%, rice flour, dried EGG white, vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantain, flax). 

*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
