Coppeneur Vegilate Tomato-Basil Organic Bar 85g

Mediterranean freshness with a subtle hint of cocoa and almonds, in a bar made with tomatoes, basil, and lots of toasted hazelnuts. Basically like a pizza & almond bar with a beautifully unique, colourful appearance, thanks to the natural colours of the vegetables.
 
Leave it to Coppeneur to pioneer the innovation in chocolate making. They created a brand new line called Vegilate which is made with the combination of local organic vegetables and nuts, added to the cocoa butter base.

 

With the price of cocoa beans surging (Coppeneur is a bean-to-bar producer, so they are hit by the price increase quite severely) they looked into how they could naturally swap some of the cocoa beans in their bars with more sustainable ingredients. They also wanted to utilize the local produce, and German organic vegetables and nuts are known to be really nice.

 

The new bars are all organic, vegan, are made without colourings and flavourings, and are truly one of a kind.
