Coppeneur Vegilate Beetroot-Walnut Organic Bar 85g

Warm, naturally sweet and earthy, a bar made with 19% beetroot, a hint of spices, creamy oat milk powder, all topped off with chopped walnuts. We all know how well beetroot and walnut work together in salads - this bar further confirms this... A delectable harmony of flavours, and also a beautifully unique, colourful appearance, thanks to the natural colours of the vegetables. 

 

Leave it to Coppeneur to pioneer the innovation in chocolate making. They created a brand new line called Vegilate which is made with the combination of local organic vegetables and nuts, added to the cocoa butter base.

 

With the price of cocoa beans surging (Coppeneur is a bean-to-bar producer, so they are hit by the price increase quite severely) they looked into how they could naturally swap some of the cocoa beans in their bars with more sustainable ingredients. They also wanted to utilize the local produce, and German organic vegetables and nuts are known to be really nice.

 

The new bars are all organic, vegan, are made without colourings and flavourings, and are truly one of a kind.
