Quite remarkably, Coppeneur uses almond protein powder to make the texture of their vegan chocolate similar to that of milk chocolates. This is quite an exquisite alternative which makes the pralines taste amazing with a smooth texture. All colours inside and outside the chocolates are derived solely from fruits and vegetables.
