CastelaS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Cedro 250ml

This oil, extracted at the CastelaS Mill, will add a touch of sunshine to any savory or sweet dish. Fresh organic cedro citrus fruits are crushed with new olives to obtain an oil with a true citrus flavour.  The cedro fruits ripened under the Corsican sun, were selected for itheir exceptional fragrance, November maturity, and ability to transfer all their vibrant, lemony aromas to the olive oil.

Olive and Cedro Oil pairs wonderfully with white meats such as veal and chicken. We also recommend it on scallop carpaccio or pumpkin soup.
