Extra virgin, cold pressed, organic Ligurian olive oil, made from Biancolilla and Taggiasca olives. The idea was to pair two indigenous Ligurian olive types which carry fully different flavour profiles in order to create a complex olive oil that's full of character.
Not too spicy, is more on the tender side in terms of intensity.
The bottle is covered in rose gold foil.
Lovely with bresaola, rocket and parmesan flakes, carpaccio, fish dishes and raw or roasted vegetables.
