Calvi Pinzimolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2l

A large, 2-litre bottle of Pinzimolio in a pretty woven base. Pinzimolio is the first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil of the year, made from Taggiasca and Oliarola olives, pressed and bottled right at the beginning of the harvest in Imperia, Liguria, Italy.

This is an unfiltered olive oil. Rich in texture, it is bottled just as it comes from the olive mill, giving it a distinctive cloudy-opalescent green colour and green notes.

We like it best with all forms of vegetables: salads, grilled vegetables, and vegetable risottos.
