Calvi Pinzimolio Extra Vergine Olive Oil 0.5l

Pinzimolio is the first cold pressed extra virgin oilve oil each year, made from Taggiasca and Oliarola olives, pressed and bottled right at beginning of the harvest in Impera, Liguria of Italy.

Unfiltered olive oil. Rich in texture, bottled just as it comes from the olive mill, giving it a distinctive cloudy-opalescent green colour and green notes.

Each bottle comes with a resuable cork pourer attached.

We like it best with all forms of vegetables: salads, grilled vegetables, vegetable risotti.
