Just when we thought these soft, rich almond cakes from Provence couldn't get any better, comes a new addition to the range which combines the almondy gâteaux with some Montélimar nougat. An absolute treat on its own or with some jam, double cream or custard. A naturally gluten free cake which is incredibly rich in local Provenciale almonds.
