Bigallet Organic Wild Elderflower Cordial 700ml

A large bottle of all organic wild elderflower cordial. Made without refined sugar, artificial flavourings, colourings, or preservatives. Lovely as a beverage or an ice cream topping syrup and coulis. Lovely as a beverage as well as a pudding syrup.

 

 

In 1872 Félix Bigallet started a small liqueur and syrup factory  in Lyon. His customers were cafes and new traders of the industrial age. When the factory relocated opposite the train station along the Lyon - Grenoble line, wine could be transported from the south of France, Caribbean sugar loaves, rum from Martinique, lemons from Sicily, and oranges from Spain or North Africa. He established his reputation on a new drink he invented: 'Lemonnade', always made artisanally with macerated lemon zests, then distilled and mixed with cane sugar syrup. Since 1996, Bigallet has also produced delicious, natural, 100% organic syrups - this is the range we carry and recommend.
