The tangy flavor of kumquat - also called "golden orange" meets the freshness of green pepper, combined with grape seed oil. Together, they enhance the delicious salty nots of the freshly caught sardines with a touch of exoticism.
Caught when ripe and in season as close as possible to Quiberon, La Belle Iloise's sardines are processed fresh, by hand, within 24 hours of catch. Carefully selected, brined and trimmed, after cooking they are canned with the greatest care.
