This is a true Brazilian coffee with rich family heritage and a wonderful nutty caramel finish and good body. BCR created a medium roast profile for this coffee which we believe highlights the nutty caramel finish.

Mundo novo is a natural cross between the Bourbon and Typica and is known for its trees having a very tall stature. Alto Alegre Coffees is managed by a family of traditional coffee growers who have cultivated the fertile soil of South Minas Gerais since 1880. Today a 4th generation continues this passion for the coffee business.

Enjoyable as an espresso but generally works well using all methods.
