Barbera Novello Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml

Green, fresh and unfiltered from the current year's harvest from Sicily. The flavour of “Contadino” Novello will remind you of fresh green olives. Its fruity aroma, with a slightly spicy aftertaste, will be noticeable in the beginning. Afterwards, the product will tend to soften, becoming sweeter and more harmonic. Always harvested manually, and milled within 12 hours from the harvest with continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge. The oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.

40% Cerasuola, 40% Biancolilla, 20% Nocellara
